I have messed with lincages and got a little more rpm’s but I can’t see what all is going on behind that crank pulley. What have you guys done to increase rpm’s a little on these small block engines? Thanks.

You won't see anything behind the crankshaft pulley. It is all internal. On the side, the rod below the rod from the gov to the carb there is a rod (the one with the spring on it) in front of the bracket which it goes through, on the front side there are double nuts, loosen them and screw them forward so it allows the throttle lever to travel more.
