806 2 point hitch not working right

forgive me if this aint the right place for this im new to this but my 806 2-point fast hitch will raise an lower without a load and or light load. hooked up plow yesterday it would not go back down all the way once i picked it up,in fact it seem to be acting like it was hitting something could swear i heard a noise when it did. unhooked it raised 2 point up set back down it went all the way down.now draft lever it tight hard to move, but i can force it back an forth this ol tractor has set a lot the last 8 yrs but i do use it some for three point forklift and bale spear. I did change hyd filter an fluids this summer have tried to work everything so to get air out of system. havent had any problems till now.hope its just simple adjustment any ideas will be appreciated

Likely the draft control system has its follower displaced on the wrong side of its rail. It can be accessed through the top link mount bracket. That bracket covers a hole for access to that mechanism. Jim

When you see it on the right side of the hole they should be aligned with each other if not then probably loose in the bottom where it bolts with a U bolt around the bottom shaft. Just align the 2 levers and tighten the U bolt if it is loose and all should be good. If that is the problem. You can reach to tighten the ubolt through that hole without draining any oil. I have done this procedure in the past about 35-40 years ago.

Thank you everyone but it all seem to be
in place or the best that I can tell
everything feels tight

There is a welded in pin facing away from the camera, in the right center of the second image. There should be something attached to it I think. The lever X liios like it is in a bind, what is the top attached to? Jim

think that rides on cam off the shaft but it doesn't match anything i found in a diagram anywhere i had too put cover back on so i could use that spot to replace a wiper motor tonight time is limited so am going to check into some things. use another tractor for now half the hp but will get somthing done while i can i am supposed to be 3rd owner of this 806 thought i got good deal on but was worried about that...40yr ago we had allis h an main field work i did with 2 Olivers i could take one of those apart blindfolded 40 yr ago but that was 40 yr ago
