8n question

Hey all, I a new to this site and was wondering if anyone can help with deciphering what I actually. It is an 8n , I was really wanting to know what year it is. Attached is some picture of the serial number . I think it is a 52, but some things say otherwise. Thanks!

It is a 8N late model mid 50 thru 52. Can't make out the serial number on block. looks like nice machine.

Thanks, the thing that gets me is no flip up seat. Small metal shifter knob. Looks like the serial is 8n1 or 429195. Its side Mount dizzy, and the 8n-c. Thanks again for the help. It is a nice running machine, little blow by, but overall good. I’m in the process of overhauling the top lid. I took the piston out of the cylinder and there were no rings present!

Was it a ring piston or the one for the o ring?

It was the three ring piston. I’m probably gonna upgrade to the jubilee o ring setup.
