955 steel power steering line

I'm needing to repair (braze) a leaking steel line that originates under the floor plate, left side and it goes up the LS of the steering column. I have removed the sheet steel that covers the fuel tank, but I cannot see the line. It is behind a chunk of steel that I cannot figure out how the remove it........I would appreciate any help from people who have worked on it. Thank you, Tom

The first pic is the pipe that needs repaired. The second pic is the steel that I need to get behind to loosen up the other end of the pipe.
