AC corn picker parts

I posted this on tractor talk but I'll ask here also. Neighbor has a AC corn picker and needs to replace the rubber husking pegs. Are they still available? Aftermarket source? Could you cut new ones out of an old tire? Suggestions? Thanks, Chris

Is this a mounted cornpicker like a 150/170/190 picker? They used to be available from Agco about 10-15 years ago, have not looked lately.
