Advisement for a good old Row Crop Tractor

I grow an acre of potatoes every year running one row equipment started with a mf65 and am now using a jd2020 both have a realy nice slow 1st gear for digging I use a farmall super A for cultivating and hilling that way the hight of the bigger tractor is less important any old tractor will have issues you have to expect that and have money set aside for repairs

A 95 tricycle? I thought all of the 95 and 97 tractors were the wheatland style
Well, now I'm not sure. It had a narrow front end and huge castings on the inside of each rear wheel, that looked like a big gear reduction box with a dropped axle; also had a 4-cyl gas engine. I sold that tractor about 20 years ago.

That sounds like an 85 or Super 90 high arch.

Was it a 4 cylinder engine?
Yes, Continental I think, can't remember now, even though I did a tune-up kit. It had the typical pedestal front with 2 tires. When I got it, I drained about a gallon of water out of the diff. plug before I began seeing oil. It was no surprise the PTO only worked with ground speed.
