After market clutch drivers

I got an aftermarket clutch driver for my G and it doesn't fit. It goes on about 1/2" and then I don't dare forcing it on for fear I never will get it off. Is this a common issue and are the new drivers a bit tight to compensate for worn cranks? What would you do?

I've purchased a couple different aftermarket drivers like you did. I returned the one for my "A" twice before I got one I was happy with. They all seem to be too tight for the crankshaft for some reason. I got one for my "G" that was close enough, didn't feel like haggling.
