Allis Chalmers model "G" oil seal on belt pull

Hello, this is my first time to ever be on a forum. I am needing help on how to replace an oil seal on my Allis G belt pulley [pto] It leaks when turning. There seems to be no screws, bolts, or any removable parts? I can submit a picture of it if that is possible?
Thanks.

it's not hard to do, I like to take the wheel off if not removing the box, just to give more room

needed part numbers - Seal 450244 National / NAPA 12530
Repair sleeve if needed for groove worn in shaft CR99125

1-Grasp the smooth cap, wiggle and remove
2-remove nut (sometimes it is staked may have been replaced with something else)
3-remove 4 bolt flange watching out for small straight key
4-remove and replace seal
