Hello,
I am interested in looking at a Austin Western FEL that the owner says has a gas engine. Apparently the frame was produced in 1938 and it was only produced for one year. He says it weighs roughly 15k and it may have been converted to a FEL from a grader. It is a 4x4 with rear steer. The serial # is DS 2688 and it has a gas engine. Does anyone here know anything about this machine? Would the parts interchange from graders of that era? Are parts available? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. Rifman
