Case 1845C spool and Sleeve seals tandem pump?

Hi all, First pic is Spool for tandem pump Case 1845C, it has all the seals, o rings,

pic on right Sleeve that spool slides into only has the top o ring and washer

should there be o rings on the the sleeve to the left and right of hole ?

No Orings shown for those two grooves in the parts breakdown. BTW, the new CE parts lookup is very user friendly. Hope the ag side is as well.
