Cleaning toy tractors after flooded river water is stuck on

How shall we clean off the flooded river water that is stuck in the crevices of our toy tractors? We immediately pressure washed them, but find there is still 'dirt' that does not rinse off. An electric toothbrush helps, but it is an overwhelming task.

Put them in the bath tub with dish soap.

I 2nd the dish soap. Works great on really dirty toys
