D17 loader hydraulics

I had my pump, spool control and the curl cylinders rebuilt. The loader and the bucket curl worked perfectly for about 30 minuets.
Then the loader and the bucket began to hesitate to move when l pushed on the controls and then both operated with jerking movements.
My question does this sound like the culindars need to be bled and if so how do l do that? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the system is low on hyd fluid so the pump is soaking air

Could be a bit of both low oil and empty cylinders. I startwith a filter change thne add oil till full then raise cylinders till they either come to th end or out of oil if 2 way cylinders you should be able to add oil till you get the cylinders full and tractor. If single acting then you will need to check the oil level in the reservoir as you fill the cylinders so as to not run it over when you let the loader back down.

thank you guys for your response,,,,l bled the cylindars and there was air in them and l added 2 quarts of
hydraulic fluid. All is working as it should.
