I have a posted on the Case forum as well. Tractor has the Laycock clutch not the Borg and Beck. The PTO clutch is fine. The drive clutch engages at the extreme top of the pedal travel. New bearings and disks but it was this way before the news parts were installed. There is precious little pedal adjustment available, just enough to maintain a minimum of clearance between the throw out bearing and the pressure plate fingers. The bolts in the fingers are a low as they will go (and adjusted to be of equal height). There is a clearance to check/set with a feeler gauge at the pressure plate fingers pivot point. The specification for this is all over the map. I chose one close to what it checked before disassembly. If you are familiar with the adjustment I am trying to describe - do you know if it has an effect on where the clutch engages as you raise the pedal? The high engagement point makes the tractor is hard to back up because your left knee is so high you can't get turned around to see where you're going.
