Differential can not id. Broken spiders

Is it in something factory built or a home built machine? It reminds me of the one in an Allis chalmers loader. (Or an Allis chalmers powered loader.)

My local small town Napa was able to ID an old rear end I have on a little doodlebug, turned out to be Studebaker! Was able to get new brake parts.

People might be able to make a more educated guess if you could post:
Rim Bolt pattern?
Brake size 8, 10, 12 inch drums?
Rim bolt-on surface to surface width.?
Are the spring perches on housing?

looks like a Timken 5124 used in old ford and studebaker trucks.

Very close, the design is correct, the illustration shows something a lot heavier duty.

Brake drums with hubs are not familiar to me I assume mechanical brakes? Do you know the wheel bolt pattern?

Yes illustration is for a Ford F2/F3 truck rear end. 8 x 6.5 bolt pattern and 2 x 12 brakes.

I think you have a 51540 Timken Clamshell differential. I don't know if Ford innards will fit or not.
Ford did use 11 tooth gears with at least 2 different size holes for spider and different thickness gears also.
You do not have a Ford Differential but maybe pinion gears might fit. When you figure it out please let us know what you have.
