Is it in something factory built or a home built machine? It reminds me of the one in an Allis chalmers loader. (Or an Allis chalmers powered loader.)
 
Brake drums with hubs are not familiar to me I assume mechanical brakes? Do you know the wheel bolt pattern?
 
take a look at Willys 1947-55 clamshell truck differential. I think we are getting in the neighborhood.

 
I think you have a 51540 Timken Clamshell differential. I don't know if Ford innards will fit or not.
Ford did use 11 tooth gears with at least 2 different size holes for spider and different thickness gears also.
You do not have a Ford Differential but maybe pinion gears might fit. When you figure it out please let us know what you have.
