Experienced Tech.. fighting 1070 w/no reverse, C4 has pressure on test port..

Hi I am a experienced tech and chasing a new problem that kind just started..
I had to pull the PTO housing to clean main pickup screen due to spun clutch disc which caused total failureof Hydro system... all cleaned, filters replaced, valve body pulled, cleaned, spools honed and sliding well..
What I am seeing now is pressure good on dash gauge low, mid, high or 1,2,3.. pressure at 175psi.. know should be between 180-200psi and will put 2 shims in to take up if need..
C4 pressure on test port.. 175psi,
C1 pressure... 175psi.. but does not increase slowly so thinking maybe inching spool on that or another issue somewhere..
Pulled reverse lockout spool and sliding fine..
It backed up to where it is to get repaired and lost Hydro pressure that's what I don't understand..
Cable adjustment seems fine, slop on lever in every shift from low mid high..
I am at a lose and have a field to cut..

Any help would greatly be appreciated..
Thanks..

C2 is the clutch that increases pressure as you let up on clutch pedal. first is C1 and C2 second i C1 and C3 third is C2 and C3 reverse is C2 and C4 clutch pedal down is C4

C4 is pressurized on its own in reverse..
In the Case actual service manual is what it shows..
I am getting pressure on that valve..
The tractor very slowly trys to reverse (maybe 1" or 2..) when push in clutch relaxes back to original position..
My gut is telling me C4 clutch is spun.. or the piston is stuck or has torn o-ring seal for some reason and can't keep pressure on piston..
Not sure. Only way to check c4 is split it..
But it did back up to where it sits but was also having issues at time..
When I serviced valve body I found a couple spools sticking in bores.. and thought I had found one of the issues.. maybe caused disc failure.. not sure.. hope not..
I saved this tractor from Salvage yard 10years okay w/bad trans and nose in dirt, rebuilt it and it worked great until last year when I accidentally overloaded a fixed chamber baler and it tried to stall out the tractor.. shredded PTO disc and clocked pickup screen..
All forward gears work fine just no reverse..

I am definitely wanting all suggestions and thoughts.. If I am wrong please correct me..
I know there still has to be a couple people around that knows this tractor..
Thanks for responding and Thanks for all help..

C4 is one of the two clutches responsible for R. The fact that the powershift works normally in the forward mode would seem to eliminate C2 as the problem. proper pressure on C4 port would indicate the hydraulic functions of the PS valve are proper. I would check the 3 point hitch for proper operation with the power shift in reverse. you could still have a lot of GPM getting away from C4 and if there was enough to maintain pressure it would still look good. The absolute best option would be to have a tech with a flow meter do a evaluation of the powershift clutch leakages which is a simple remote coupler flow meter hookup. You did not say if you get the normal surge when pushing the clutch down but that is a sign that C4 is applying at least on clutch down. With the info given , I suspect an actual mechanical failure at the C4 area.
