Farmall H grinding while going into any gear

I try to grease ours a couple times a year with a couple squirts then ours runs a lot of the year year around between cutting wood and hauling to running augers in fall and winter. Then just putter work the rest of the time. Never worked hard just used regularly. I would also guess the grease is his culprit on this now that he tells the full story.
