The OP told us that "one of the tires will roll off the bead and cut the inner tube." Sounds to me pretty definite.

I’m saying that may be the end result after it has deflated. I’ll leave it to him to say for sure he is seeing them inflated at one moment and then pushed off the bead shortly after or has actually witnessing it happening.
