Ford 4610 3 point sticking

I have a Ford 4610 that the 3 point is sticking in up position during certain circumstances. With no load on 3 point it goes up and down without issue . When I hook up my belltec tm48 to the rear remotes the 3 point will not lower unless the rear remotes are unplugged. It will also lower after a few seconds of killing the tractor. I'll hear a loud clunk and then the 3 point will drop. Any thoughts?

Sounds like the remotes are not properly plumbed.
