Help with finding year

I just got a older case tractor I have a picture of it and of the plaque . I have been having some trouble finding the date for.it I seen 1968 and 1978. And where to drain the hydraulic fluid and what kind to refill it after..

Any help will be great

Looks like 1964 for the tractor. Not sure about the

the loader one was a mistake upload could not figure out how to remove it by chance do you know what kind of hydrolic fluid I need to use I just drained it . sorry im a super newbie when it comes to this but seem to learn this stuff pretty fast ...well i think i am anyway

Im not sure about the fluid. First thing you need to do
is get a manual for that 530.

You might find one you can down load for free or they
might have one here on this site.

Serial numbers from 8229001 thru 8251840 were built in 1964. There should be a plug on the bottom of the reservoir. I would also clean the screen filter. It can be cleaned with a solvent such as naphtha or paint thinner and put back in.

Thank you I did find the drain plug and looks like Napa sells the filter Asimov's going to have them make a new hose too will get both there.looks like tractor supply sells the hydroc fluid too

Don't change to a substitute paper type element if the tractor still has the edge wound cleanable element like in this pic.

Unfortunately that has already been replaced before I got.the tractor
