Help with info

I got this tractor from my horse trainer a few years ago it was running then. My ex was suppose to fix it but we are no longer together and I want to get it running. Can anyone help me identify so I can get a manual. Any information would be helpful not sure if it is gas or diesel etc. Thank you in advance for the help!

Being it is a 1956 some would say it is Massey Harris 50 even tho the hood Says Massey Ferguson. It was ta transition period when Massey Harris and Ferguson combined.

I did a search for "buy ignition key for Massey 50" and came up with a whole bunch of hits.

IF the switch is the original one, the part number for the key is 180292M1. A web search for that number (180292M1 Key) will give you several sources. If the switch has been replaced with something else, it is hard to say you will find just a key that will fit, you might have to replace the switch.

The parts numbers for the manuals from the AGCOpubs website are:

Operator's Manual: 695001M91
Service Manual: 1448811M1 (packet) or 1448811M92 (assembly)
Parts Book: 690195M5

You can use the publication numbers to search other places for the correct manuals. The M suffixes relate to printing dates. the 6- or 7-digit base number is the important one to look for.
