I can't help but notice the entirely new look and feel of this forum this week. I don't even see a choice for "Classic View" anywhere. I put together a poll for everyone to express their likes and/or dislikes. Please feel free to add comments as well as to cast your votes.

It took me a while to realize that my old link wasn't working anymore, even this morning it still goes back to the old style page which hasn't moved in 24 hours.

There was nothing wrong with the old format. I don't care for it myself, but only because it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks.

i have been logged in since 1pm yesterday.
If the "stay logged in" box is check and you have to login after leaving the site, it is your device or internet providers doing it.

I like it. Of course it is different think of how many grumbled when they took the crank starter away and replaced it with electric. Or switched from drum to disk brakes.

I am slightly annoyed. Under Classic, I could see which post I had looked at including which replies I had already read.
I could also scan many posts to see what happened if I have been away for a few days.

As far as I can tell, the only ones grumbling are those who clung to the classic view before. The few of us who used the modern view don't see much difference.

I don't like the new format due to not being able to tell who is answering the post. Now it is like the old modern view and you have to read every post to see who is really answering the first post and whom might be saying something to the person who did each post. Sort of like talking to people but there all blind and can not hear different sounds of voices to know who is saying what
