How many folks are "loving" this new site update?

I don't like the new format due to not being able to tell who is answering the post. Now it is like the old modern view and you have to read every post to see who is really answering the first post and whom might be saying something to the person who did each post. Sort of like talking to people but there all blind and can not hear different sounds of voices to know who is saying what
If you click the "Reply" link in the bottom right of an individual post, like I just did, then your reply gets indented just below the post you are replying to. So if everyone does that, it should be easy to follow who is replying to whom.

Yes if every body did that it would work as it should but almost no one does that. So far your the only person who has done that with my post and that is how I have answered most posts so the person know who is talking to them

Congratulations!
You are making progress.

It’s only been up and going for a day, it’ll take a little time to figure out how it all works
Just like getting in a new car and not knowing what all the buttons do
Some don’t want to figure it out, they just want to complain that the controls on this new pickup are not exactly like the ones on their old 85 model

I can't help but notice the entirely new look and feel of this forum this week. I don't even see a choice for "Classic View" anywhere. I put together a poll for everyone to express their likes and/or dislikes. Please feel free to add comments as well as to cast your votes.
Oh well,
I'm kinda moving on from tractors anyway...

As far as I can tell, the only ones grumbling are those who clung to the classic view before. The few of us who used the modern view don't see much difference.
Change is difficult. I changed to Modern View right after it was introduced and never looked back as it kept the hot topic on top. This newest forum layout will be fine with a little learning curve.

I just had the last 1/2 acre of my property cleared, so it will all be grass come next spring, so I won't have any need for my '73 4000 with the brush hog any longer. I will probably hang onto the little Kubota BX until we sell the house in a few years and go full time in the RV. Then there will be no more tractors in my life.

The full time RVer in 10 years...

The only thing that I actually hate about the new format is how many people are filling all of the actual TRACTOR forums with complaints about it. There is an Off Topic forum for things like this. There is also a forum where you can do testing of thiings, posting images etc.

Keep this in mind.

NO
The proper place for all forum complaints or requests for forum assistance is in the Site Comments " sections.

If you are wanting to do tests posts for various things like posting pics, links, videos, etc.do so in the "Test" section.

One thing I will miss is the post count and label. Instead of tractor expert-guru etc etc and the 10’s of thousands of posts

Edit: ok, by clicking/tapping a members name, you can see how many posts they’ve made. Maybe it’s something only I looked at..😂
