How Should I Seal The Roof On Our 4890??

I pulled the roof off our 4890 and what a mess!! The seal had cracked and let moisture in and caused rust on the metal lip. Lots of caked dirt all around. When I pulled the foam from the under side of the roof sheet, there was extreme rust and deep pitting in 1 area. I cleaned that all up and epoxied that area. After painting both sides of the roof sheet, I plan on gluing another piece of Styrofoam to the bottom side. As for the F64532 perimeter seal, CASE still offers it for a measly $188.75!! Aside from that. what should I seal with? CASE seems to be the only source for the 163-16 1/4-20 X 3/4" bolts with a sealing washer, but the hardware stores offer a special sealing bolt with an O Ring to seal. Is 1 better than the other?

I used door seal strips. Comes in a roll at Menards or any place that sells storm doors etc. It is 1 1/2" wide and sticky on one side. Your mileage may vary. Worked on the 2470 and 4690.

Topper tape Like case collector says. rubber faced seal washers like Mcmasters sells. Or whatever you like. bolt depot has 1/4-20 flange head cap screws. Tom
