Hydraulic pump to fit 310 with gas engine

Hi everyone. A lot of good information on this site. I am new here and have been looking for help in finding a hydraulic pump that would fit my case 310 crawler loader with a gas motor. I mainly use it to maintain my driveway as the undercarriage is wore out. I ve owned it for about 20 years and even being old and tired it still works. My problem is that when I got it the pump had been cracked and repaired. Always leaked and I ve put seals and bearings in numerous times. It s finally time to try to get a new one. The one on it is a Comercial Shearing Company brand gear pump. Any idea what could fit? I am not sure as to age of the machine, but by pictures I ve seen I think it s a 310g?

I put a new pump on my 310G and had no trouble finding a new pump. I cannot say I liked the price though. Cessna D41390.

I have gotten much better prices than elsewhere and fast shipping from accurategear.com in Waterloo, Iowa.

hank you guys for responding so fast. The pump in picture looks different than mine. What I have is a 6 tooth input shaft. It mounts with 4 studs on a large braket bolted in front of the crank. I m Not sure how to tell what year this crawler is. The I d tag is unreadable. How else could I tell what year it is? Thank you guys again for your knowledge. I should probably have figured out the year first !

You may have to do the change that I did on my 420B Case hoe,, it had the old style 6 spline drive originally like your 310G does,, I changed it over the a 580CK/580B hyd pump ( same design as the link posted below has),, yes I had to buy the drive shaft parts also and cut out the center of the mounting plate to make the newer pump fit,, we always changed out the drive shaft p[arts when replacing pumps on crawlers and backhoes as if you did not the drive wore fast and you was back to where you were the first time,, the hardest part of my 420B conversion was the suction line as the pumps used a different size threads but that was not bad at all either really,, big thing is to make sure you get the pump mounted Square and True with the drive

Thank you for the reply. Changing to a newer style pump does seem like the best choice. Where do I obtain the necessary part to bolt on the crank?

Realizing this is an older post, but do you have two things: an update on how well the upgraded pump has worked out, and if well, a part number for the pump?
My new to me 420B came (yesterday) with a bad pump (known issue when I bought it) thanks in advance, Derek
