JD 2630 Hydraulic lever Questions

JD 2630. I should know this but I don't. There are two hydraulic levers on the right-side while seated. One raises and lowers the drawbar. What is the other one for please?

Second question. I was doing a simple repair on the drawbar lift lever and noticed a lever on the right side of the rockshaft housing with 4 or 5 notches in it obviously for control of something. What is it for? See circle in the photo please.

Second lever must be for remote hydraulic couplers?

Lever on rockshaft housing is for "draft control".

2nd lever encircled in red is the load/depth control lever. That lever should be in position "D" for all 3pt operations exvcept when using grond engaging plows such as a moldboard.

Lever on rockshaft housing is for "draft control".

It appears from viewing photo of OP's tractor it appears to not have a scv IE remote couplers.
