John Deere 2010 fluid fill locations

Hey everyone. I usually find what I'm looking for in other threads but couldn't this time.

I have a 1964 gas JD 2010. The manual is a bit lacking on locations and procedure for filling hydraulics and final drive fluid. I attempted to fill the hydraulics from a port above the pto. The manual says to fill to the bottom of the threads. The manual also says to fill the transmission to bottom of the threads and it seems the bolt for the fill location is on the right side. Well apparently these two fill locations are connected and so I may have way overfilled it. I'm trying to figure out if you fill to the bottom of the threads on the upper location and the lower bolt is just for draining?

Also where is the fill and drain location for the final drive?

This is where I was filling the hydraulic fluid when I, like a fool, realized it was pouring out of the the other location in the next picture.

This is the bolt for the transmission fluid I think.

Is this the location for the final drive fluid? I'd like to know for sure before I make another stupid mistake.

Thanks!

Second pic is where you add fluid for the transmission/hydraulics. I don’t know where the final drives would get filled if separate. I haven’t been around a 2010 since my great uncle died almost 20 years ago and I didn’t have to add fluid to it other than transmission and engine oil.

The plug in your first photo is for access to an adjustment for the 3-point hitch control mechanism.

You HAVE found the correct plug, lower down on the RH side.

IF you get to the right page in the manual (at least this version) it's very clear on the final drive lube.

Better check the PTO, as well.
