I own two P.S. 4020's and have worked on others, but have never had to work on the internal parts of the park lock.
I would suggest posting lower down on the page on the DEERE-specific Forum and ask about it, as I recall Tim S, a DEERE GURU, has posted about the park lock system in the past.
