John Deere 4020 3 pt won't lift after load shaft installed

Replaced the seals on the load shaft of my 1965 4020 and had difficulty reinstalling shaft as it would not line up with other hole in trans case. I had lever down at D but failed to put 3 pt control on dash down. After some jimmying of the linkages the notch seemed to line up in the case and the shaft went in smoothly. However upon starting the tractor I had no 3 pt lift at all. I have removed the rockshaft valve and found what appears to be wrong but am unsure what to do next. Looking for some advice and will consult service manual this afternoon...

Nevermind, figured it out and fixed it. Works fine again. Not sure if the roller was out of place. That's what I suspected but after reinstalling with roller in correct position and seeing no change to 3 pt, I removed housing once more and examined the lever that catches the cable to the dash. I believe this was the culprit as one of the flaps with set screw was out of place and therefore not moving with the eccentric shaft.
