Hi, my Shraeder valve is leaking. Tire is filled with calcium chloride. Does this tire have an inner tube? Can I replace the inner core of the valve stem, can I replace the whole stem by unscrewing the outsite. Sorry, nubie with old tractor. Thanks :)

Yes, you can unscrew the “ outer core” and replace it if it is not rotted. The tire has a tube. Jack up tire, rotate it so valve is at the top and replace core. If you are lucky you should be all set

This is the stem arrangement on your inner tube.

This is what is was wondering because the rim nut seems to be screwed onto the valve core housing and not the stem which would be strange but if you look at the photo I don’t see the junction between the stem and valve core housing. Thanks for your help!
They are just tight together and you are not seeing the junction. The plastic nut only holds the tube stem in the rim hole, so the stem doesn't slide back inside the rim during inflation and deflation. The valve core housing will unscrew from the stem.
