linkage under cab 4230

case ih 4230 cab tractor I need a photo of the linkages under the cab for three point draft etc

I found the adjustments in the shop manual. There is no way that these adjustments can be made with the threaded rods for adjustment. Also the parts manual shows a longer rod for the draft control but it shows the same rod being used in the same setup some way I have not got the correct rods. But no way using the manual to find correct rods.

How does the cab mount? I’m sure it has rubber isolators, on JDs it is common for the rubber mounts the smash down and throw the shifters out of adjustment. It could be possible that you have a similar problem. Find a good place to pry on the cab with a good sized pry bar to lift it up a bit and see how easily the mounts allow movement.

If no answers here, check with the guys on the Red Power forum, listing under the "Technical IH Talk" board. There are a few guys over there that know about those Doncaster tractors.

It's a Doncaster tractor & they're pretty much all cab.
