After putting my 2 cents in someone elses posting in one of the other Forums
I thought I would show a Sales Brochure from 1959 on the John Deere 14-T Baler
24 pages so here are 10 pages
Thinking about all the Balers that I stacked wagons behind or owned myself
IH T50, IH 45, IH 37, Case 220, New Holland Super 77, John Deere 14T, FORD 532, Oliver 50

In 76 I was the young guy working at the dealership, spent the better part of a day turning one of those by hand so the mechanic could time and troubleshoot.
 
That should be a load for that 430, full wagon, uphill and a little tough hay. Hope he doesn't get pushed down the hill, been on one of those train rides before.
 
Dad used a 14T with a Wisconsin motor and a MT to bale hay in the Virginia hills. I thought that was something but I was just a young kid.

I never saw a JD with a mounted Engine. A few New Holland 66/67/68 with Wis. 2 Cylinder And all the Older 77, Super 77 and Oliver with the Wis. V-4's and IH T50 with the inline 4 cyl.

We only had one 14t in the neighborhood and that was PTO. We had a 24t and the rest were New Holland.
