Loader on a WC

Probably yes but you would have to work around the hydraulic issue. Either pto, belt or front crankshaft.

I would think so, My '37 WF had a loader on it before I bought it but the loader was gone when I bought it. From what I recall they had a belt driven hydraulic pump to run the loader as this tractor didn't have PTO or a flat belt pulley on it. The pump was v belt driven off the crank pulley. I think the wide front on the WF would be about the same as a WC wide front. This loader had a pretty big snow bucket on it the former owner used it to plow his driveway for his house and repair shop.

Yes, a loader can be put on a WC. I have a 37 WC that I put a loader on. The previous owner had a different loader on it and installed a front pump on it. My grandpa also had a WC with a farmhand loader that used a pto driven pump.

Thanks for the info.

Can a loader be safetly mounted and used on a Allis Chalmers WC With a wide front end?
The loader for the WD and WD-45 should bolt right on however they are made for the high pressure hydraulic system of these tractors. I would also recommend a front crankshaft driven pump so you will have live power. A pto pump will not function any time you release the clutch.

Interesting, Thank You for the info.

Without power steering you will have a tough time steering if you have any significant weight in the bucket. If you use it mostly for pushing or grading you'll be fine w/o power steering.
