Looking for the above to put on a project tractor. Any leads or opinions welcome.
Obviously they were used on the "War Horse 2Ns".
From what I understand they were also used on Ford industrial type engines.
Another crazy idea in the Ole man's head, Thanks

Working from memory but here is whatever I think. War time used Fairbanks Morse mags. Some / all Industrials used Wico mags. I wand side mount on my 9N and used Wico drive and AutoLite dist from early CJJeep. You might need idler for fan belt. Tractor and Industrial used different idler but accomplished the same thing.
I put Delco 10SI on left side of engine.

I have a front mount mag and love it. It is a Wico. I believe the motor was an industrial one. I do have a mag laying here for a side mount motor.

Thanks for the information. Whatever I can find will work for me. It's more of a toy project and not a restoration. Had that wild idea simply for the cool factor. Basically it's a later 41 9N that's going to have smooth axles, dual 32" hatrims and a mix of 39-41 9N parts that I've been acquiring. I did find a early 41 grille in excellent condition from Mr. Del, and also a Aluminum dash from Kirk, thanks to this forum.
