I have a 1969 massey 165 non multipower I purchased. I had to rebuild the transmission. But I have it running and moving fine now. My question is the hydraulics beside the seat for the 3 point the far right should be draft control and essentially should not so anything unless you are using a implement that you need draft control? The closest lever should be your up and down control of the 3 point and if you raise it past the stopper it should be constant pump?
The reason I ask is because the lever closest to the seat does not seem to do anything with the right lever in any position but the right lever will controll the 3 point but it is very, very touchy when you are moving the 3 point up and down.
I removed the auxiliary hydraulic control valve that was right under the seat and put a standard cap on until I can get the 3 point correct and the I will install the loader back on the tractor and plumb it in with all new components.
