Massey 175 transmission top cover

I just tore apart a 175 and put in a new hydraulic pump. When I put the top cover back on what will I need to watch out for? Will I need to recalibrate or readjust anything since we didn’t mess with any of the top? I have read some horror stories and would like to avoid them!

I'll offer this. I have a 150 with IPTO and to clean the hydraulic pump strainer the top cover had to come off. I didn't have any problems. I don't know if your 175 is much different
