MF 1130 turbo swap

I posted in the MF section, but thought maybe in the general section it would get more views. I want to ask if I can do a turbo swap from the 3LD Holset to the 1447152M91 Turbocharger Assembly (Airesearch No. 465740-1). Do I need to change the exhaust manifold, the elbow (I need a new one anyway) or anything else. Any input would be helpful. The 3LD are hard to come by and quite expensive being the reasoning.
