MF 180 clutch broke

I'd get NEW release levers and NEW release lever bolts AND the BOLT LOCK NUTS from Agco. Those bolts are HARDENED with ROUNDED HEADS. The twelve springs can be used again as long as there was never a slippage problem on the MAIN clutch disc. When going back together be careful when drawing down three tee nuts and MAKE SURE the PTO drive plate tabs enter the cover driving grooves, or you will NEVER get it together right. Again, get NEW LEVERS, RELEASE BOLTS, NUTS, LOCK PINS and RELEASE BEARING, then set the lever bolt heights per the book. Set the PTO release bolt gaps to .070/.080 inch too, earlier .090 is too much and PTO release trouble happens when the gap is too much.

Is there an over thickness dimension of the clutch plates? then refresh me on which clutch plate is tractor and which is PTO. the one that is against the main flywheel looks new. it is 11"dia. x.357 thick. the internal is 9"dia. x .3125. Then the tool to center during installation, is it just a turned shaft with end a slip fit into the pilot bearing then step up to ID of spline in 11" plate then a step to the ID of the 9" plate. If so it easy enough for me to machine. The other tool I'll need to find a drawing of. Looks like it is sheet metal. This clutch plate, pictured, looks new. From what I can tell I'm not the first one in this.

The front disc is the traction clutch disc, the rear one INSIDE the assembly is the PTO disc. I made my pilot tool long enough to work on both early tractors, and the later tractors with the Fine splined PTO disc that is a different size than the early tractors use. The twelve springs have different rates depending on engine size, MF used the same basic clutch for 35/50/65/135/150/165/175,180 models BUT THE COIL AND BELLEVILLE springs were different. Put a 175/180 clutch in a 35 for example and WON'T be able to push the clutch pedal down. As an OLD MF mechanic I seldom ever changed any springs, just repaired the worn/broken parts as needed.
 
As an OLD MF mechanic I would NOT try to make those clutch screws. Lots of MF tractors used that Spicer two stage clutch so parts are not hard to get. You would be better off getting a complete exchange pressure plate assembly, both the 175 and 180 used the same clutch assembly in either the Split torque model OR the two stage like your tractor has. The split torque was ONLY used on tractors that have the rear INSIDE hydraulic PTO clutch pack.
Boy am I ever ------ off. I decided to purchase the complete clutch assemble. Why? Well because, it came with the correct splined aliment tool an included the bearings and the worn out bolts. As a bonus the drive clutch plate And what did I get? A Chinese made mess. Using metric hardware, 1/3 of the springs missing. I have purchased from yesterday tractor in the past and always been happy. Not this FN time. So instead of saving time and getting tractor back on the job I'll be retuning junk. Hell the springs that are in it, are not seated correctly. Once again shitted on. Lucky me.

I have the loose required parts I need on order. I had order the complete package but poorly made I sent it back. I pretty much understand now how it all works. I just need to find the required dimension of the tool MFN 202c. I did find a picture of a tool to adjust release lever bolts on the MF150-MF165. It seem they use the same clutch assemble. Hoping the adjustments would still be the same. I made the tools shown. It does not use the same contact points that the 202c uses.
