Need help on new JD's - 6330, 6100 series

Lucky me the owners of the farm I run are letting me get a new tractor. Maybe brand new, maybe new to us... Not sure. I need some help though. I know I am looking for 100 engine HP, cab, MFWD, and 3 SCV's. Loader is a plus. My kids say buddy seat is a must. Plan is to use it for flail mowing, running an arm mower, occasional snow blower use, back blading/road maintenance, and down the road maybe light tillage or producing some hay. The HP rating needed is to run the flail mower to chop orchard cuttings and run the arm mower. So far I have looked at and driven 6330 Premium's that are used, about 3k hours. Driven a new 5115M as well as a 6105E and 6110M. I also went out and looked at a real nice low hour 4440.

Questions:
IVT vs Quad Range - I have driven both and like both. I feel like the IVT has more electronic parts and scares me on a used machine if it would need repairs down the road. Anyone have good or bad to say?

6330 & 6430 I drove are not machines that require DEF like the new JD's. I believe this is a plus but again looking for opinions.

Supercharger VS turbo charger on these things. The 6330 had a supercharger while the 5115 and 6105 had turbo's. Any pro's or cons?

Frame rails - 5000 Series don't have much for a frame rail unlike the 6000 Series. With the hills we operate on I feel like frame rails are a plus.

I honestly want to buy the 6330 Premium at this moment and the 4440. Dealer has put both through their shop, new tires, good prices, both decent hours and I could work a good package deal and get two tractors for about the same prices as the 5115M and less than the 6105 or 6110. That gives me more room to replace some worn out implements. Sorry for so many questions. I value the opinions on here and wouldn't turn anywhere else for input!

I'd look at the specs again. I find it hard to believe the 6330 really uses a supercharger. I'd bet turbo, as that's what our 6430 has. The PTO horsepower will be around 85 on the 6330. The 4440 is(was) a great tractor. If not messed with, about 135 PTO horsepower. I think ours was running 165ish... In all the years we had the 4440, we never had any trans problems. We did, however, break one final drive. No engine or electrical problems though (maybe a head gasket). If you decide to get a disc mower/conditioner and really want to use it efficiently, the 4440 will be hard pressed to run it at 10 mph. We run ours at 12mph, with a JD 6190 and it makes it work. The 6330 will run a small square baler fine, and the 4440 would pull a 3x3 baler slowly.
Overall, I think the 6330 and 4440 would make a good pair to own. I don't think you could go wrong with both as long as the hours on the 4440 aren't too high. YMMV

I don't know much about the newer stuff ,but that 4440 model are held in high regard around here by their owners. A good one will hold there value.

had a 1993 6400 with 620 loader 2 wheel drive love it had about 5500 hr on it when it burn up in the hay field bought a 6330 2012 pr. loaded with a self level loader 1400 hr on and fwa on it great for feeding in the mud but I wish I could find a6400 2 wheel drive just to unload hay and be a back up tractor stay away from the 5000 tractor light weight no frame under them and smaller every thing you will not like it unless you are a hobby farmer

We have a 6400 ('97 model) and a '82 4440....both great tractors.....those newer 30 series deeres (6330, 6430) have some issues....friend is a Deere mechanic....he says the 00 & 10 series are a lot better
