New Scammer posting on YTM - Jeff Nowak

Anybody familiar with user coolray2 or a Jeff Nowak? They replied to a marketplace ad, Staring to smell like a scam.

Looks like this guy is trying again to scam our fellow members.
Reported EthanM to the moderators but nothing done so far. Referred Jeff Nowak as a supplier.
