I've passed this at least 100 times and, today, finally stopped to take pictures. Doesn't run. Whole bottom of gas tank is rust out. I believe the mag is missing and no spark plug wires.
Okay, 43 years ago I had a F10. Like this F12, (hope I got this right) it started on gas and ran on dresiline (spelling?). Mine had rubber tires. Didn't run good but ran. Sold it to a collector.
