QA Tire replacement on Allis Chalmers C

Hello,

My father passed away last September, leaving me my Grandfather's Allis-Chalmers C along with a Farmall Super A. I love these old tractors but have little experience with them or repairs. When I took over the care recently, I found both 4.00 - 15 front tricycle tires heavily weather worn and leaking air. I have ordered two new Harvest King tires as replacement. Do the front tires require an innertube or can they be mounted directly?

Yes the tires need to have an inner tube in them because the rims are not designed to work tubeless

They're a little more forgiving though if you can't find the exact size.
