Questions about a New Holland 545D

A few months ago I purchased a New Holland 545D without a PTO. First, I can't find any type of data plate, anyone know where it might be? Second, the guy I bought it from claimed I could purchase a PTO kit and that it was relatively easy to install. I searched a little and couldn't find a "PTO kit" and was wondering if anyone had any insight on putting a PTO in this tractor. Thanks

On a 25 year old model that was only made 2-3 years, I don’t know you would find that at a dealer any more?

It appears there are 3 different transmissions available, it might make a difference which you have as to what parts you need.

Hopefully and I assume that rear end is a common one that several of their models used over the years. Then perhaps there is enough parts on the shelf somewhere. But might cost as much as you paid for the tractor.

More likely find the parts you need at a salvage yard. Once you identify what all is needed.
