R Moline Cab doors

Hi, I found a1940 R that was in decent shape but it did not have any doors. Nathan sent me a template of the doors and floor panels. I used 16 gauge metal for the door panels and then cut out an old pick up bed mat. Put in a boat seat but going to need to find something a bit different as it’s too tight to get my old legs on the brake pedals. used the rear door template to come up with the following. Now that I have the mold I could have the fiberglas shop make more. We put aluminum plate stock in the corners where the guides go and where there door handle goes. Inside of the door is 3/4 plywood. If someone would like a set I’ll see what if he will make anymore and what the lead time is. I used a 1 inch continuous hinge in the middle and 3/4 inch on the right side. Going to get painted next. It’s been quite a proceso. Good journey though. 😁

Made floor panels for my cab. Have the reproduction doors. Front right floor panel is copy of my original. Made my own seat.
