This popped up on marketplace in Alabama. $800. Motor spins over. Tires are trash. Hood and gas tank are in the shed ,in good shape. Someone convince me I don't need it

oh you need that!,, i have a w9 and its pretty handy. built like a tank, doesnt sit too high, great for dragging trees out of the woods, i also use it on my dump trailer.

Go for it. Only drawback is going to be finding decent tires at a decent price. Maybe combine wrecking yard. And you might just part it out and be good.

ha ha, thats easy, you will need to sell all your cubs to be able to by the rubber for that tractor ! i dont know about the good shape part, at least i would never say that. i would call it a project or parts tractor. wait,.. you do need that tractor, so i can buy the front weights from you. and maybe the drawbar. lol. hurry go buy it.

I was also eyeing the front wheel weights. Fenders and pintle hitch look good also. Wish it was closer

tires shouldnt be a big issue, fronts should be18 inch rims, any pickup truck tire will get you by used. for the rears, 16.9-34 or 18.4-34. watch consignment auctions for sets of clamp on duals. i bought several sets with decent tires pretty cheap. nobody wants clamp on anymore, and they seem to overlook the tires.

Update..... tractor is sold.....but not to me. A friend in MO ( John at JP tractor) called me and is paying me to haul it to my house until he can come get it. He is sending me the money

Those rears look like 23.1x26 with the heavy cast hubs. Some industrial w9 600 650 had an oddball 32 banded rim. This doesn’t look to be the case here.

agree they are 23.1 x 26 and about 2500.00 per tire
