Super 66 twine finger assembly

I recently picked up an old super 66 baler to mess around with. I noticed upon turning this thing over by hand the twine fingers don't return to the open position. I'm assuming it's missing some sort of spring? I don't have a parts manual and I'm not familiar with how they work

Not familiar with the 66 but there’s little difference any New Hollands knotters across the model lines
Available on eBay good book to have

Yes there should be a spring that attaches to the twine fingers and hooks in front of the knotters.
