Super M won’t start. Need help

just what the heck are you trying to prove here making fun of me , makes no sense to me as the other members should have a clue already . the guy dont know already if to scratch his az or wind his watch.it dont take 100 posts to start a tractor with a dead battery. there is a few of us that know a thing or two without comments from the peanut gallery. i helped him out and know my stuff. if you did you would not badger me.
I guess you’re not up for a fun poke today. Sorry, you took it all wrong. :(
Maybe some of the guys that know the skit will at least get a laugh out of it. :)

When jumping I have tried hooking the jumper cable leads to the posts on the battery. That gave me no results.

So then I hooked the negative cable to the bolt on the frame which holds down the negative grounded battery lead, after I removed said bolt and cleaned the surface of the bolt and the frame it was mounted.

On the starter there was but a single “stud” which had a lead cable coming to it from the starter button. I removed this cable from the starter stud and hooked my positive jumper lead to this stud directly. Therefore eliminating everything in the system except my truck batteries powering the starter directly.

The tractor does not have what I would call a starter solenoid, it has a push button switch that’s manually pressed with a little flipper and a foot. When a previous poster asked about a solenoid I simply assumed they meant this switch and tried to respond as such.
I seem to recall my super M was positive ground.

geez haven't u go this tractor started yet ??? this is getting really stupid already , it just keeps going on and on just like old with a different name.

These comments are totally uncalled for. This is not the first person you've treated that way, and more than a few of us are getting a little tired of it. If you can't keep it civil, then stay out of the conversation. I'm sure the fellow will get his problem figured out at some point, with or without your "help".

sorry if u misread my post, i as asking if the op got his tractor running. then i was referring to all the non-applicable posts that just keep piling in, nothing was meant against the op, thank you. and yes he will get his tractor running a lot sooner than going through nonapplicable information. he can interpret my post however u want but it is not what u are getting all worked up over.

It just amazes me that a handful on here seem to know more than everyone else, but yet can’t figure out how to simply not read or respond to a post….
