tire weight

I just weighed mine a few weeks ago... F151 gum dipped, on widened 18" wheels, 6ply, 320lbs. I lightened the centers up about 14-15lbs. Each by cutting 8 big coffee can size holes in centers...

So 305 lbs. each @ 35% bar. Should lose some more weight after cut.

Hey Eric 18.4x34 16 in. rim titun 6 ply 10% tread. I think there dually rims thicker centers 340 ibs. 15.5x38 armstrong 6 ply 20% wheels slotted out. 320 ibs. 16.9x34 6ply 151's 16 in pressed steel 15% 298 ibs. if any of this helps anyone.

Eric I have seen them vary by 20 LBS with tires that had been together all their life. The lightest I've seen was about 190 but I've seen them as heavy as 235 before also and these were all 6 ply tires. The 151 Firestone's have the biggest weight variance of all tires that I've weighed. The earlier Traction Field & Roads are all about 175. It's for sure with 151's they need to be weighed before using because of the weight difference just for weighting the tractor when pulling.
