Trailer with walking-axles

Found a trailer with 'walking tandem with center assist axles' on FB - I've never seen one like that before - seems heavy duty, but don't know what disadvantages maybe. Has hydraulic tilt. Not sure it will let me post a link here:

Would something like this support a Skid Steer or a car for transport?

I would run not walk. It would haul a car or skid steer but that extra spindle sticking out there could get you in to trouble with width on the over all width without a load. That longer spindle sticking out there would also be a cause for a lot more side strain on the walking beam .

Never seen anything like that before in my life. Does not appear to be road legal. Clevis hitch, no fenders, no lights, and I'd bet money that there are no brakes either. I believe it is a farm trailer, meant for moving things around large farms using a tractor. Skidsteers, hay, etc.

It appears to me that the extra two wheels are supposed to be installed on the sticky-outy spindles to turn it into a triaxle. Either it has an incredibly narrow deck, or it's way over legal width limits of 102". Picture says it's 8ft wide, and going by the proportions and the wheels laying on the deck, I believe that is the actual deck width. That puts the overall width of the trailer at 10' to 11', which will get you in trouble on the road unless it's behind a farm tractor.
