Transmission building pressure

Good day everyone. I have a new issue with my 275 MF. There is a substantial oil leak oozing out of the two lines that go to the oil cooler. They just have a rubber grommet and the oil is coming out there under pressure. I took the add oil cover off and the oil is spashing out of the opening. Does anyone know where that pressure is coming from? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your input. Do you think the cooler lines could be plugged?

Probably old if I remember right they were jic fittings and tubes. someone might have cut the flexible rubber hoses off and put in rubber lines on steel tubes with clamps they were crimped
On new from factory

Gears are turning when you have tractor running so
You will get some splash oil out of fill
