tread logo MTA eagle hitch plow?

I picked up what I think is an 3/14 MTA plow yesterday, but according to the parts book, Case quit making them in 1967. Curiously it has a tread logo stenciled on the beam, tread logo didn't come out until 1969 or 70, right?

I also found a couple passing refences to an "MTB" plow on the internet, but not in the online parts books or paper books when I search.

The pivot on the drawbar is different than the parts books show for an MTA.

I thought that at first, but the bracket that holds the hitch bar and pivots is different than any listed in the MTA parts diagram. Notice how it has 2 pivot holes in stead of one.

No eagles hiding on the cast parts that I can find either.

I can't answer the hitch question, possibly a production run update a prototype or parts from a different model to get it out of the door? I looked at three plows we have from the same time frame and was surprised to only find one eagle on the breakaway hitch on the pull plow which was a holdover from previous generations of plow, the rest of the parts had only numbers cast into them or a very faint case in letters not the bold type of previous plows, by that time could CASE have been outsourcing some of their castings or not putting in the eagles to save money? Regardless a neat find and it appears to be in good shape.

Does it pivot with 2 bolts in it? My thought was that it has 2 bolts to make it rigid for use on three point hitch. One bolt for use on eagle hitch.

You would take 1 bolt out to allow it to pivot. Both bolt holes have a grease zerk.
